Certificates

BiZZdesign not only offers single courses but also integral training programmes for certain roles. By following a targeted training programme a certificate can be obtained after passing for an exam or practical assignment. BiZZdesign distinguishes the roles of consultant, process designer, process architect, process manager and repository manager.

Within each role the level of seniority can differ based on practical experience in certain projects.

Certification is the final exam of a course. As a participant, you need to show that you are able to apply in practice what you have learned. Moreover, by means of coaching and reviews the trainer gives you feedback on your way of working, and your use of methods and tools. A certificate

• gives trainee and his/her manager clarity on the 'fit' between participant and his/her role;
• provides insight into issues that need attention and need to be developed; and
• gives potential contractors an overview of the participant's qualities.
