For every organisation it is essential to understand the business, processes, information, applications and the coherence between these elements. Based on this insight, the design and implementation of the business, processes, information, and applications can be improved. This does not come automatically. The choices made about the use of methods, tools and knowledge determine strongly the success of this implementation. BiZZdesign Academy therefore regularly organizes inspiring Essential meetings to inform you about practical methods, tools, training and consultancy. BiZZdesign supports organizations with an integrated portfolio of methods, tools, training, and consultancy, facilitating optimal design and implementation of business, processes, information, and applications. During an Essential meeting you will be guided through relevant enterprise architecture and business process management developments. Using case studies, methods, tools, training and consultancy are introduced. The Essential meetings are therefore very interesting for anyone who wants to be quickly updated on relevant developments. There is also enough time to share your own experiences with others, making these meetings valuable for everyone. The Essential meetings consist of two parts: the first part is about enterprise architecture, the second part is about process management. Both parts start with a short masterclass, giving an overview on the subject area and relevant tool support. Next, a case is presented, showing the application of methods and tools in practice, and lessons learned. The meeting ends with networking reception, during which you can meet and talk to the other participants. Program:
The Essential meetings take place at the BiZZdesign office in Amersfoort and are accessible for free. You have to register up front. It is possible to visit only the architecture part or the process management part. The Essential meetings will take place on:
