BiZZdesign Academy has an extensive training portfolio on business process design. Besides the foundation training a number of advanced courses are available. Some of these advanced courses are combined in a practitioner course on business process design, which can be completed with certification.
Foundation training BiZZdesigner
The two-day Foundation training BiZZdesigner gives an overview of the BiZZdesign method for Business Process Engineering. This method is characterized by a systematic and stepwise approach for the innovation, analysis, (re)design and implementation of business processes. The tool BiZZdesigner supports this change process – from problem scoping to implementing the redesign. BiZZdesigner is used to model, analyse and communicate business processes. Hands-on exercises are used to practice the use of BiZZdesigner, so participants can start using BiZZdesigner after finishing the training.
Practitioner course Process design
The six-day practitioner course Process design covers in more detail the area of process design. In this course, subjects like modelling processes and organization, analyzing processes and organization, designing and redesigning processes, implementing process designs, techniques for process improvement, etc. are discussed. During the course, presentations, case studies, hands-on exercises, and real life examples are combined to ensure the best possible learning curve.
Certification Process designer
The practitioners course Process design can be completed with a certification. Certification is a final practical exam of a course. As a participant, you need to show that you are able to apply in practice what you have learned. Moreover, by means of coaching and reviewing the trainer gives you feedback on your way of working, and your use of methods and tools. The certificate guarantees that the participant actually can apply what he has learned in daily practice. It offers therefore added value for both the participant and his employee.
Other modules
