Process modelling
To design, improve, and implement (new) business processes, process models and process descriptions are indispensable. A process description is meant to give information on the way the process should be executed. Such a description is important for quality management, risk management, process audits, and communication on the process. A process description usually consists of a model, documentation of this model, and (sometimes) working instructions on the process. A useful process model contains a visualisation of the activities in the process with the information necessary to execute these activities. Creating such a model requires knowledge and experience with gathering and ordering of information, and knowledge and experience with modelling and documenting processes.

The consultants of BiZZdesign help you to define a effective approach to describe your processes, starting from a overall process overview (a process architecture). If necessary, the consultants can model and document your processes in collaboration with employees of your organisation.

Proces analysis and (re)design
Consultants of BiZZdesign are trained and educated in proven methods, tools, and techniques to successfully design, analyse, and improve your business processes. They are experienced and knowledgeable in projects; they use a systematic approach, and are aware of best practices and current tooling. The consultants know how to successfully realise a good analysis, (re)design or implementation together with your employees.

In a redesign project, BiZZdesign Consultancy advices on the required adjustments in the current situation, the necessary improvements in a sub process, or the redesign of the business process itself. Impact of change analysis and getting commitment in the organisation are important issues to consider.

Improvement of processes
Simultaneously optimising quality, flexibility, time, and money are impossible. How can you nevertheless implement an improvement in your processes? How to implement an improvement cycle? Our professional consultants know how to deal with these issues. BiZZdesign Academy has written down our best practice approaches in books on process performance and process improvements.
